Join us for a beginner - intermediate level Adult Heels Class with Emily Jule! Emily is a professional go-go and concert dancer and is bringing some new and inspired moves to MNDA for Adults only! Heels Dancing is not only fun-fabulous energy, but it's a great total body movement activity that you will feel the next day! Come dressed in your favorite 'feelin' good about myself' attire (please do wear cover ups outside of the venue as kids are present at this establishment until 8pm), bring heels or boots that aren't too hard to move in, bring socks in case the heels don't work the full time, bring a 'can do' attitude and your own beverage of choice! This class is for ages 18+ and their fabulous mamma's too!
